Why inactivity is called as a “silent killer”?

Inactivity means we are not doing any kind of physical activity. Which means sports and exercises.

When we don’t move our body for a long time or don’t do any physical activity is bad for our health

Inactivity examples:watching tv,using computar for a many hours,sitting without move for a long hours. These things increase your risk of many chronic diseases like heart diseases,stroke, gain weight,joint injuries etc.Because of this reason inactivity called as a “silent killer”.At the time we don’t know what happened in my body but after few years later it comes to us disease.

Then what is physical activity?

Physical Activity means we are doing fitness,practicing yoga,tabata,cardio workouts,and playing basketball, football,tennis, riding a bycycle, swimming in pool etc.When we do these things our blood circulation go fast then our heartbeat is fast as a same time, this is helps and gives healthy body, calm mind,clever mindset and get out of stress depression.

All you have to do is everyday just 1hour do some physical activity.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
